Richard Lodge
Managing Director
Richard qualified as an electrician in 2002, having completed his Advanced Modern Apprenticeship with the MOD at Portsmouth Naval Base. Richard established Right Wire in 2005, initially focussing on providing electrical services on the Isle of Wight. In addition to delivering local electrical services, and in line with Right Wire’s vision statement , Richard has grown Right Wire into a sustainable business successfully delivering major contracts across the UK. As such, Richard’s time is split between strategic planning, business development & growth and project delivery.

Mark Warne
Operations Manager
Mark completed his Apprenticeship in 2000 and joined Right Wire as a qualified electrician in 2008. Mark’s contribution has been very significant in achieving the successful and sustainable growth of Right Wire and he now has the key position of Operations Manager for Right Wire. Mark’s main role is resource planning of projects both on the Isle of Wight and mainland UK and he is responsible for the successful delivery and installation of Right Wire’s contracts. Mark successfully completed his diploma in management with flying colours

Matt Hambley
Qualified Electrician
Matt qualified in 2013 and joined Right Wire in 2015 to expand his knowledge in new electrical areas. Matt is responsible for the delivery and integration of Right Wire’s large scale works within leisure parks. Additionally, Matt undertakes the testing and connection of units as required by park and caravan owners alike. Matt has significant input to the wider activities of Right Wire in the domestic and commercial sectors.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys roller blading and is a keen electric guitar player.

Glen Amos
Qualified Electrician
Glen joined Right Wire in 2016 as a Modern Apprentice and qualified as a Domestic Installer in 2017. Right Wire is continuing to invest in Glen’s training and development by supporting him in working towards the Approved Electrician qualification. Glen’s apprenticeship will last three years and during this time he will gain experience in the domestic and commercial sectors.
Glen enjoys travelling and has recently returned from a holiday in New York. Glen’s main interest is high performance cars which he renovates and shows around the country.
